Kumawood actor Salinko has disclosed a surprising paternity dispute with his ex-girlfriend. He shared details of a relationship where he was misled by his ex-lover into believing he was the father of a child.

Despite his initial excitement about impending fatherhood, Salinko narrated how he provided support throughout the pregnancy, including accommodating his lover in his luxurious Kumasi mansion while he worked in Accra.

However, complications arose just four months after the child’s birth when Salinko found his lover’s behavior suspicious, leading to controversies surrounding the child’s paternity.

While working in Accra, he received a distressing call about a man accusing him of taking away his lover and child, prompting Salinko to instruct his girlfriend to leave his house. Upon his return to Accra, he discovered that the accuser was a Kumawood actor he knew. Confronted with the situation, Salinko demanded an explanation, and his ex-girlfriend, in the presence of her family, confessed to double dating.

“After I sent her packing, she brought in her father to apologise on her behalf. I told them I am already attached to the child so I will continue taking care until he grows and I can afford a DNA. But deep down, we all know I am not the father”.

As a result of this ordeal, Salinko and his current wife have chosen to steer clear of having shared friends and exercise caution when forming new acquaintances.
