With just two weeks to party primaries, the vice president is currently campaigning and claims his rivals are creating rumors about him out of fear of losing to him in the polls on November 4. “Unfortunately, the way the super delegates’ results came in has left many of our opponents perplexed and aware of our impending defeat on November 4; as a result, they have chosen to implement some new tactics. What are the new tactics?
